Your final information to constructing a house health club

Let's face it – the gym isn't for everyone. If you're not a fan of crowds, crowded parking lots, or equipment baptized by the sweat of others, exercising at home could be your dream. The good news is that building a decent home gym is easier than ever. The key to creating the perfect exercise room is choosing the equipment that best suits your goals, space, and budget.

Take a look at these four spatial scenarios and the corresponding equipment suggestions. Then combine the equipment of each of them to create a gym that is perfectly tailored for you. Hello immediate training, goodbye excuses!

The little house

Whether you are literally living in a doll's house on wheels or in a studio apartment, you need to carefully furnish your space to ensure that your equipment does not serve as furniture. Portable, multifunctional devices are best suited here so you can stand up anywhere and work up a sweat.

Space-saving superstars

Chassis trainer

A suspension trainer uses your own body weight for resistance, and by simply changing your angle or body position, any exercise can be modified to make it more difficult or easier. And because the trainer only consists of simple straps and handles, it hardly takes up any space in a drawer or cupboard.

Resistance bands

No space for a dumbbell rack? Then invest in a number of resistance bands. They're cheap and versatile, and can be used in place of dumbbells or barbells for just about any movement imaginable. Buy a few different "weights" for options while exercising.

Skipping rope

Skipping rope

Not everyone has the space (or the money) for a treadmill or an elliptical, but to be honest, you don't need a machine to work up a sweat. The skipping rope is one of the most time and space-saving ways to burn a ton of calories while building endurance and cardiovascular strength.

The Suburbanite setup

Out in the suburbs you have a little more room to frolic, and here a guest room or cave can easily serve as an exercise room. Not only can you accommodate all of the suggested Tiny House equipment, but you can also expand your equipment horizon. However, your space still needs to be multifunctional and tidy, with devices that can be folded or hidden during company calls.

Hideaway Heroes

Foldable bench

Unless you plan on using your flat bench for extra seating around the dining room table, you'll want to be able to stow it away when your in-laws are out on the town. Most collapsible benches collapse completely flat and can be rolled under a bed or hidden in the back of a closet.

parallel training bars

Parallel training bars

Although they look simple, one set of parallel bars can be used for hundreds of strength exercises and is suitable for athletes of all skill levels. Perform movements like dips, pushups, L-sits, and leg raises, as well as distance and mobility training.

Dial-a-dumbbell

If you don't have enough wall space to accommodate a bulky weight shelf, an adjustable dumbbell set is a must. With this system you can gradually change your weight up or down. When not in use, it can be stowed in the corner without it

Do as many reps as you can of each movement in 30 seconds, with minimal rest between exercises. Ride at a moderately vigorous pace (or do some other form of cardio) for five minutes, then rest for a minute. Complete two to three rounds.

Garage girl

Let's face it – nobody uses their garage for cars anymore and besides, who doesn't want the kind of gym that comes in the driveway and makes the neighbors jealous? With this setup, you'll bring some of the intricacies of a commercial facility into your own domain and never have to share a chalk-encrusted power rack again.

Great garage equipment

CrossFit Home Gym Package

Even if you aren't into CrossFit WODs, such a setup will deliver all of the equipment in a single package and usually at a lower price than buying all of the items separately. Depending on the company, a package might contain barbells, a rack, bumper plates, a rowing machine, climbing rope, rings, medicine balls, and more.

Flooring in the gym

Flooring

Regardless of whether you've had cars there or not, most garage floors are less than spotless, with oil stains, outdoor grime, and (yipe!) Spiders. A rubberized puzzle piece floor is easy to install, so you rise above the grit while also having the ability to easily remove if you decide your car actually needs protection.

Plyometric box

A solid plyo box is an incredible home tool and can be used to exercise your whole body, with or without weight. Step-ups, dips, box jumps and endless plyometric exercises are all available to you.

Vision bored

When choosing a large device like a stationary bike, treadmill, or rowing machine, consider how much space it will take up (how much space it will take up), whether it is easily accessible for maintenance or adjustment, and what is in your line of sight when you use it. Because it doesn't matter how many bells and whistles it has if you just have to look at a blank wall.

Make the grade

Fitness equipment comes in different "grades" depending on how often you use it, and most large companies make multiple versions of the same piece: home, light, and all-over. Household appliances are usually the cheapest and can only be used by one or two people at most. The light commercial version is more reliable and feels sturdier than something you can find at your local gym or box. A fully commercial piece is an absolute necessity for anyone planning to have multiple people use it throughout the day – for example, when setting up a small studio to train clients, or when a number of friends are attending.

Also, watch out for the crappy stuff. "The biggest mistake when buying equipment online is not knowing the quality of the source," said Ron Martin, sales director at FitOne Fitness. Buy from companies with a reputable name in the commercial and studio gym, even if you are buying the home version of their equipment. If you've already worked out at a gym, you'll recognize the more reputable names like Precor, Life Fitness, Freemotion, Hammer Strength, York, Rogue, Perform Better, and TRX. If it's been a while since you've had a membership and you're not sure what is best right now, reach out to a specialized fitness equipment store and sales people (avoid big chains) to point you in the right direction to direct, or take part in a fitness conference, exhibit and try
